We begin where you actually are. In the honest, sometimes disorienting reality of where life has brought you. I hold that space with depth, patience, and genuine care. We go beneath the surface story to the emotional patterns, the nervous system responses, the inherited beliefs and relational wounds that have been shaping your life without your full awareness. That part of the work requires presence, not urgency. And I know how to be there with you.
But we don't stay there.

And that is where my other medicine enters: thirty years of knowing how to take something from vision to reality. We get clear on what the next chapter actually looks like. We build a path. We make it concrete, structured, and walkable. And then we walk it together — with the same rigor and clarity I brought to leading organizations and major brands, now entirely in service of your life.

A Path of Growth, Strategy & Deep Transformation
I am a certified trauma-informed life transitions coach and grief educator. My work draws from somatic awareness, the VITA methodology, attachment theory, Imago therapy, nonviolent communication, and grief-informed support.
But more than my certifications, what I bring is this: I have lived through the kind of loss and rupture that reorganizes everything. A 25-year marriage. Raising three children. Divorce. Compounded grief. The complete unraveling of a life I once knew — and the slow, honest work of building something truer from the ground up.
I know what it means to feel like you are not going to make it. I also know what becomes possible when you find your footing again.
Alongside that lived experience, I spent more than three decades as a strategist, leader, and CEO — working with major organizations across Latin America. That background shaped something in me that most transformational coaches don't have: the ability to hold depth and build structure at the same time. To honor the emotional truth of where someone is and also help them move forward with clarity, accountability, and real momentum.
I don't just hold space. I help you build what comes next.
What to Expect
Sessions are ninety minutes, held weekly via video call. The work is fully personalized — there is no fixed curriculum, no predetermined timeline. We follow what is most alive for you, in the order that serves your actual process.
A complimentary thirty-minute discovery call is available before we begin. This is a real conversation — not a sales call. It's a chance for both of us to feel whether this is the right fit.
