What if the most important work you can do for your relationship starts with you?
When you shift, everything around you shifts. That's not a metaphor. It's the most practical thing I know about relationships.
And it's exactly what we work on together.
Limited to 12 women per retreat. Miami, Florida.

The Shift
You don't need him to change first.
When you transform — when you truly do the work of knowing yourself, understanding your patterns, and showing up as your best version — everything around you shifts. Not because you asked someone else to change. Because you did. What you tolerate changes. What you ask for changes. How you arrive at a hard conversation changes. What you accept as love changes.
That shift in you moves everything. Including your relationship. Whether he participates or not.
That is the work of Becoming Her.
What this is:
Becoming Her is a one-day women's retreat for those who are ready to consciously design the relationship they want — by knowing themselves first.
This is not therapy. It is not a motivational event. It is not about finding the right person or making someone stay. It is a clear, grounded, information-rich experience that gives you the map — what a conscious relationship actually requires, the five relational skills you need to develop, and an honest inventory of exactly where you are right now.
Guided visualizations move you from understanding into embodied knowing. A structured workbook gives you something real to take home. And a closing circle grounds what you've learned into a commitment you actually keep.
You don't need your partner to come. You just need to show up.

Why Most
Couples Struggle
Two retreats. One journey.
LEVEL 1 — THE MAP: Open to all women — partnered or not. You receive the framework, the language, and the honest inventory. You leave knowing where you are going and what this requires of you.
LEVEL 2 — THE WORK: For women ready to go deeper. We work directly with attachment patterns, triggers, conscious communication, and repair. Each of the five skills becomes a hands-on practice. Prerequisite: Level 1.
Your Guide

My story
I wish someone had taught me this before I ever tried to build a relationship with anyone else: the relationship that shapes every other one is the one you have with yourself.
I didn't learn that lesson gently. It took twenty-five years of marriage, a divorce, and the slow, unglamorous work of rebuilding a life and an identity from the ground up for me to really understand it. I know what it means to design a partnership around who you think you're supposed to be. I also know what becomes possible once you stop.
Becoming Her exists for that reason. Before we talk about the relationship you want, we start with the one you're actually in — with yourself. I hold the excavation: the honest look at your patterns, your history, what you've been carrying that was never fully yours to carry. And I bring the same structure I once brought to building brands and strategy to the build that follows — a clearer, more intentional way of being in relationship, starting with the one closest to home.
This isn't therapy, and it isn't a weekend of affirmations. It's a day of real work, held by someone who has actually lived both halves of it — the unraveling, and the rebuild.
