How It Works
We begin with a conversation — to understand your organization, your people, and what you are genuinely trying to shift. From there, we design a program that is specific to you: the right experiences, the right sequence, the right practitioners for your context.
Most organizations engage with Seekers Circle through one of three formats:
Annual Programming Retainer — A full year of weekly or bi-weekly experiences. The format that most fully expresses what Seekers Circle was built to deliver, designed to produce deep, sustained organizational impact. Pricing from $2,000–$4,000/month depending on frequency and scope. Minimum 6-month commitment.
Curated Series — A thematic series of 4–8 experiences built around a specific focus area: leadership development, team culture, communication, resilience, post-merger integration, transition. Priced by scope.
Single Experience — A keynote, half-day workshop, or facilitated session for a specific moment: an offsite, a leadership retreat, a cultural transition. From $1,500–$3,000 per experience.
We do not offer off-the-shelf programs. We co-create. Every engagement is shaped collaboratively and delivered with care, structure, and intentional pacing.
