Before becoming a coach, Dominic spent decades inside the highest-stakes environments — federal government, management consulting, and technology — always as the one people turned to for solutions, clarity, and leadership.
He graduated from Stanford with a degree in Industrial Engineering and earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He served as Director of Leadership and Development within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security — where he transformed how people show up under pressure.
All of that — the rigor, the strategy, the deep study of how humans perform and fall short — now serves one purpose: helping you live a life that is not just impressive, but genuinely yours.

Questions you're likely already asking.
What is a session actually like? Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes depending on what's needed. The experience is focused entirely on you — no agenda except yours. Most clients describe it as deeply clarifying and unlike anything they've tried before. You might release something you've carried for years, gain new perspective, or simply connect to the version of yourself that you desire most.
What do I need to bring? Curiosity and a genuine willingness to change. That's all. Everything else, we figure out together.
How quickly will I notice a difference? Many clients notice a shift in the very first session. With consistent weekly work, meaningful change tends to occur within 6–8 weeks. The work is designed to be efficient — your time is valuable, and so is mine.
Is this therapy? No. Clients consistently describe this as better than therapy — more focused on real-time change, more precise, and more immediate in its effects. If you've been in therapy and found it too slow or too abstract, this is a different experience. Don't take my word for it — come find out.
