My story
Cristina is not just a guide. She is a sacred architect — someone who creates the container where memory returns, transformation unfolds, and the soul realigns with its path. Through Ananda Travels, she bridges logistics and the mystical, the earthly and the etheric. Her work is ritual, journey, and design — woven together in service to your unfolding.

What is a doula? A doula is a professional companion who offers emotional, physical, and spiritual support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Is a doula the same as a midwife? No. A doula does not provide clinical care. She supports through nurturing and emotional presence, in harmony with the medical team.
Do you offer virtual support? Yes. Many of my services can be done online, including breathing sessions, rituals, workshops, and emotional follow-up.
Can my partner participate? Absolutely. I also work with couples to strengthen their bond and prepare together for the birth.
What is your approach? I integrate the scientific with the spiritual. I support from the soul, without imposing, with listening and practical tools.
