Why This Directory Exists

Seekers Circle was created to support inner growth through learning, community, and care. The Coaches Directory is an extension of that care — a curated space where aligned practitioners can:

Offer values-based, somatic, and relational support
Be discovered by a conscious, engaged community
Participate in a non-competitive, ethical network
Receive practical support and visibility — without burnout

This is not a lead generator or marketing funnel. It’s a relationship-centered directory built on resonance, trust, and long-term alignment.

Who It’s For

We welcome applications from a diverse range of practitioners who feel aligned with the values and tone of Seekers Circle.

This includes:

Coaches, facilitators, guides, and mentors from all walks of life
Practitioners working in emotional growth, leadership, parenting, birthwork, embodiment, or any form of conscious support
Those who bring presence, care, and clarity to their work — regardless of modality or niche

You do not need to be full-time, famous, or “fully branded.”

You do need to be grounded in integrity, guided by values, and aligned with the relational culture of Seekers Circle.

Who It’s For

We’ve designed three participation tiers — so you can choose the level of engagement and support that fits your practice:

Tier 1

Directory
Only

A featured profile in the Seekers Circle Coaches Directory

Digital badge for your site or social media
Access to a private peer network of like-hearted practitioners
Optional inclusion in rotation of “Coach Spotlights” (email/social)

Tier 2

Directory + Account Executive Support

Everything in Tier 1, plus:

5 hours/month of virtual support from a trained Account Executive (AE)
Light Canva designs: quote graphics, banners, session promos
Content upload/scheduling: Instagram, YouTube, Substack
Help setting up Calendly, email templates, CRM basics
Light copyediting for bios, landing pages, or session descriptions

This is ideal for coaches who want consistent, brand-aligned support — without hiring a full-time VA.

Tier 2

Directory + AE + Mentorship

Everything in Tier 2, plus:

One 60-minute 1:1 mentorship call per month with Daniela.
Strategic support around visibility, resonance, and next-stage evolution.
Space for reflection on client dynamics, boundary work, and energetic clarity.

This tier is perfect for practitioners who want personal guidance while growing a sustainable, soul-aligned practice.

We ask a few thoughtful questions about your practice, approach, and why you feel aligned with this space.

You’ll be asked about:

Your modalities or focus areas
What kind of clients you love to work with
Your website/social links (if available)
Why you want to join the directory

Review &

Resonance Check

We personally review every application to ensure alignment. This is not about credentials — it’s about energy, ethics, and readiness.

If accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email and next steps.

A Stripe subscription link to select your tier
An onboarding guide + orientation video
Access to brand templates, AE request forms, and monthly coach updates
Your profile live within 5–7 days of submission
