Why this journey matters
My story
My own path has been one of continuous exploration—a journey from curiosity to deep understanding. Starting in the business world, my life was driven by practicality and strategy. But as life unfolded, I felt a pull toward deeper questions about human connection, love, and the growth we experience through relationships. I found myself drawn to the mysteries of human nature, driven by a desire to understand not just what we do, but why we do it and how we can grow from it—especially when it comes to creating conscious, loving relationships.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to exploring these deeper aspects of life. My studies have ranged from anthropology and psychology to spirituality and sexuality, immersing myself in practices that speak to the heart of what it means to be human. Through personal experiences—25 years of marriage, raising children, navigating divorce, and rebuilding my life through a sacred relationship—I’ve lived the lessons I now share. My VITA Coaching Certification (in progress), combined with more than 10 years of studies, retreats, and spiritual exploration, has deepened my understanding and refined my approach.
What I bring to you is not just theory or ideas from a book—this is lived experience, wisdom gained through trial, reflection, and transformation.
